There are no standard sizes for dog clothing and accessories. We highly recommend you measure your pet precisely to ensure an accurate fit. It is not reliable to purchase item based on your pet's breed or weight. There are many different kinds of breeds and it is hard to determine what size your dog would be based only on weight.
If your pet's measurements fall in between two sizes, we suggest ordering the next larger size. Please note that these lengths represent the size of the dog and do not reflect the actual length of the garment. Make sure your pet will fit within the chest size and length measurements for a proper fit.
When measuring your pet, use a good flexible tape measure to ensure an accurate reading.
Follow these simple rules when measuring your pet:
Neck - measure the neck length as you would for a collar. Allow some leeway for a comfortable fit.
Chest - measure the chest at its widest point, which is typically right behind the front legs.
Body Length - measure along the dog's backbone from the base of the head to the base of the tail. This is from the base where the collar rests to where the tail is attached.
If neck, chest and body length measurements are given, take into account all measurements and purchase the item that best encompasses all measurements.
Occasionally, we may take your order and later discover that the item is not available for shipping (item is on backorder, sold out, damaged or defective). If this should happen, we will notify you by email of the status and do our best to fulfill the order as soon as possible. You will also have the option to cancel the order.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We do our best to correct errors when discovered and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).
Cancelling An Order
Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once you have completed the checkout process. Due to our commitment to processing your order quickly once the checkout process is completed, we immediately notify our warehouse and manufacturers to prepare your order for shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
Prices And Tax
All prices are subject to change without notice. We currently do not have a price matching policy. Items purchased and shipped to addresses in California State are subject to applicable sales tax.

If a product offered by Gone To The Dawgs is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in its original and unused condition. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Non-Deliverable, Refused or Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, negligence, absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information (invalid, unknown or insufficient address), we will attempt contact you via telephone and/or email to resolve the order. If no response is received, the customer will be charged the appropriate shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages, will require an additional re-shipping charge.
